The question would I recommend this place? If this was several years ago I would most definitely have said no. Today, I would say yes I would most definitely recommend Pacific Buffet to those who's wanting Chinese buffet. This place is huge and if you have a big company there's enough spaces and several areas with longer tables that caters to large parties. Reasons: 1 The quality of food. You can tell the food wasn't prepared in a rush. Often times you go to Chinese buffet there are bountiful of foods; however, most of the times it'll be quantity over quality. This place even though there are quantities of food you can tell they don't miss the quality. 2. Labeling of dish on the display: most places often has few items listed but not every dish is labeled. Which makes it hard when you're deciding what to eat when you're not Chinese. 3. Taste: can't forget the taste. Foods over here tastes fresh and tasty. And they also pasts the eye test. The other night I went to another Chinese buffet that my family likes to go to. One huge difference from here to there has to be with how fresh these foods appear from over there. I began to take my family over to the other place when Pacific buffet wasn't doing good. Several years ago the food seemed to be cold and not appeasing to the eye. I am so happy they made the change because I don't want to travel too far because I would have to go out of my way to drive to the other buffet. 4. The staff: unlike the other place here the staff are extremely nice and doesn't wait to take away empty plates from your table. The other buffet they often times will look over at your table even when there's empty plates stacked they would walk past without doing anything. They would speak in Chinese with other staffs without taking care of the need of their patrons. I'm so glad my family chose this buffet to eat from. 5. Surrounding area: there's a Walmart in the same plaza where we can walk off after consuming delicious food. You definitely would need to exercise after eating here. I don't recommend sleeping on a full stomach. Even though food coma might be calling; you would need to move around first. That's my little advice in keeping a good shape and fit. Okay this has been long so I'll stop here and enjoy my walk.

Really great selection of seafood, including garlic steamed mussels and clams, grilled salmon, and a variety of dumplings. Garlic green beans and stuffed mushrooms went really well with the fried rice. Fantastic dessert options also - soft serve ice cream and tiramisu.

We enjoyed our lunch at Pacific Buffet. They had many seafood options that all had great taste. We didn't eat any of the meat options (not halal) but side dishes were good. Food was kept warm and was refilled quickly. The sushi was also very fresh. The establishment was kept clean and the service was quick. Drinks were refilled before needing to ask. We love that kind of service! Food- 4/5 (good compared to most buffets) Service- 5/5 Ambiance- 5/5 [note: restaurant was extremely busy with long buffet lines- no food pictures of buffet taken]

Went to check this place out and was not disappointed. Sushi was great for a buffet, Chinese food was good (excluding the chicken), they had American food, but I wasn't feeling that and the ice cream and cake were my kind of treat. Some of my favorites were the California rolls, shrimp nigiri, sushi tempura rolls, crab meat salad, salt and pepper fried squid, noodles, rice, crab rangoons, dumplings, spring rolls and my husband really enjoyed the Mongolian beef. For $11.99, that's a deal! Drove an hour and it won't be soon, but we will back for sure.

I've given this buffet four stars, because it is the better of all buffets in the area. It has a wider assortment of foods. It has a buffet of American foods, a buffet of raw foods that you put on a plate, and a chef will cook, a buffet of sushi, a buffet of salad and dessert AND Finally, there is a buffet of Chinese foods. There are a few unusual foods like the sticky rice, tied up in a bamboo leaf, ( I think it is a bamboo leaf), some Chinese steamed buns, one with white sweet bean paste and the other with red bean paste. Overall, this buffet is the most extensive in the area. Service is swift and thorough and polite. Price is reasonable.

This place is great if you want to try a bunch of different entrees. Make sure you bring a big appetite! You walk in and go across a bridge next to a waterfall with warrior statues to greet you. There are three main parts to the buffet. The back right side has mostly Asian entrees, soups and sides. The back left side has some American food, some chicken skewers and a hibachi grill to choose what you want mixed together. The third area is the front square which has sushi on one side, salads on another, fruit and dessert ok the third and ice cream on the last side. Overall this is a great place to coke with a hungry group who likes variety. The only negatives I have to say is that the atmosphere is a little dark and the bathrooms could be a little cleaner and brighter. Some of the dirty bathroom were due to some of the customers though. But all in all, a great place to go.
